Price range for LBS repairs?

I have a 1984 road bike that I am converting to a SS. I also am broke. I want to have someone who knows what they are doing to check and overhaul the headset and bottom bracket. I also need the Freewheel removed from the rear wheel. What is a range of possible prices for these services: best and worst cases please.

I think at my shop, a headset is overhaul is in the range of $20-25 and a BB about $25-30. Labor only, doesn't include the the price of new bearings. And to remove a freewheel, the most you should be charged is $10. If a customer brought in the wheel only, I would just put it in the vice real quick, no charge.

If a new headset is being installed, that requires tools that many won't have in a home workshop. A new bottom bracket is also best for a good mechanic.
Most shops would remove a freewheel from an old rear wheel for practically nothing if it's already off the bike.
