I can't seem to find one anywhere. Not even biketools.com (who has ever other conceivable size). Any ideas ?

Sprite Zero can sheet metal mikes around 0.1-0.12mm thick (0.0045"), Good luck on Wrapping a couple of layers around the stem and inserting without extruding one or more layers out of place. Shim stock
just doesn't slide well and if even a smidgeon oversize won't slide at all. Cutting shim stock warps the
edges compounding the problem (unless you have a shear or a large blade paper cutter).

There is a company called "problem solvers" That makes all sorts of combinations of shim sizes. Don't have a link but have seen them in my internet shopping. If I find something exact I will post it.

There is a guy in another thread that wants to sand his 27.2 seatpost down to 26.8. You guys should talk.
I would just by a cheap 27.2 seatpost.

I think i may have talked to him actually. maybe not.
I have a complete Dura Ace 7400 group including the seat post but its 26.8 so. I have been looking for a fluted or aero Dure Ace post in 27.2 but they usually go for more than I want to spend esp when I have the aero version already.

So would I. In fact, I have. Successfully, even. It was a bunch of years ago, and I don't recall the exact size diffo I was working with, but it was similar (and also for a seat post). You have to cut the can, and it will take a remarkably narrow piece. Also, fold the topmost part of the strip over so it hangs on the top of the seat tube, lest you lose it down the seat tube while inserting the seat post.
