Stem upgrade

Does anyone know of a quill stem that will accept the larger sized handlebars or a method of upgrading the stem to accept the over sized bars? Many thanks in advance. Lp

31.75mm clamp diameter

Zoom may make one.
Option 2: Convert to a threadless stem with a quill/threadless adapter. Not always pretty but you'll have a whole world of stems opened up to you.
