Source of Spindle Dustcap for Look pedal?
I discovered today that my bike has the dust cap missing from one pedal. It also acts a cap that holds the pedal in position. Without it, the pedal has about a half inch of movement back and forth on the axle.
I've searched the forums here, and searched on the net, and am having a hard time finding a source. Should I check my LBS? The pedals are about 10 years old; the current Look pedals have different parts. The cap I need has pairs of holes that are radially arranged. I'm considering new Looks (or other recommendations from anybody...I inherited this bike), because they'll be a bit lighter and more adjustable than these older metal platform ones without tension adjustment. Anyhow, tips on how to get a new cap would be appreciated.

Used look pedals go for really low prices on e-bay. It might be a good idea to buy a set for parts. You can probably get a well used pair for $20 or less.

I guess these older looks are worth upgrading from though?
Also, do I need a special wrench for these paired holes on these nylon dustcaps?
