installation help fsa integrated headset and fork please

I just bought a 2004 specialized s works e5 road frame like the one in this auction:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/SPECIALIZED-S-WOR...QQcmdZViewItem

The fork was not installed. I checked the fsa website, park tools, barnett's manual and can't find good instructions on how to install these.

If someone could help me I would appreciate it. With so many rings, washers, etc I don't want to make any mistakes.

Thank you for your help.

If you lay out the parts, take a picture, and number each one someone here will probably be able to give you the correct order.
