Hub measurements: Knowing what hub is what

I bought this hub - Specialized Low Flange front hub on ebay. While it is in transit, I would like to start looking for spokes. Do you think the dimensions are the same as "Specialized lo flange (f)" listed in the databases for the Spocalc spreadsheet and this online calculator?

Also, was $14.50 shipped a good deal? It's supposed to have cartridge bearings. Does it really?

Can't tell if it has cartridge or not from the picture. $14.50 with cartridge is a pretty good deal.

$14.50 with loose ball would also be a good deal.

I wouldn't pick spokes until you can confirm hub measurements.

Yeah, you'll probably have to measure yourself, or look all over God's green acre to find the info somewhere.
