Funny Noise at high speed, but only when stopped peddling

Hi there, i've got a SCOTT USA 'Jean Delatour' Scandium Frame on my bike with fulkl dura ace, the wheels are Mavic Kysrium SSC. Just recently at speeds above 20mph as soon as i have stopped peddling a mad rubbing whirling sound, quite loud, but not grinding appears to come from either the crank or the rear wheel. I can't make it out. It doesn't happen when peddling, but i can make the souind occur by stopping peddling at high speed. It also doesn't occur when i lift the bike and spin the wheels.
Any ideas

freewheel bearings?

hub bearings?

Those might not make themselves evident when not under load

Maybe an aero spoke is crooked and making some noise?

Sounds like a freehub issue to me. Bearings, seals maybe.
Can you make the sound change or increase by backpedaling at speed?

Here is one to consider and one of the hardest to track down. I have this problem on a Ridley frame.

Frame resonance! When I stopped pedaling and mostly on downhills got this weird sound that finally was determined to be comming from the frame at speed. Changed the wheels and retightened - noise still there.
