Neuvation hubs are the same than Velocity?

Just asking... Who else are using velocity hubs (formula made i believe, right?)

I don't know the answer to the thread title, but, yes, Formula hubs = Velocity hubs.

Mr. Neugent doesn't make anything himself so I'm sure his suppliers make stuff for others. There seem to be a lot of guesses but nobody seems to know who does make his parts.
