Rebuilding pre-1999 Campagnolo Veloce sealed freehub - how much goo is good?

My rim wall blew out this morning and I figured it would be a good opportunity to pull apart the hub before rebuilding the wheel.

Will a thin coat of Phil's all around do, or should I really goop it up, bearing (pun unintended) in mind that it's a Vancouver work bike that sees some pretty horrific grime. How heavy should I go on the pawls?

Branford Bike diagram for reference:

What components should be greased, and how liberally?
