Disc break problem

I just bought avid juicy 7 breaks and cant get them to adjust correctly. When I rotate the wheel the Break caliper rubs one of the spokes. I have checked the wheel dish which is fine. Help.

That's what struck me too. What is there about that particular spoke that causes the interference?

Any disc that breaks would be a problem. Or do you have a disc brake problem?

Quick fix would be to shim the rotor out .5mm, and readjust caliper. Is there something different about the head of the offending spokes?

Have you checked whether the wheel is laced correctly? You could have a spoke going under instead of over.

I'd also look at the caliper setup. For most brakes the rotor should be right in the center of the slot in the caliper. If it's offset, you may need shims or to slide the caliper over depending on the mounting type.

I had the same problem and I know you said that the dish was OK, but I had the LBS dish both wheels and that took care of the problem.
