First off, get a keyboard, for your computer, with a period key. Without one, we cannot tell when one sentence ends and another begins, nor can we really dispense any accurate advice. I don't know what type of brake a T-200 is. See the word pivot, I assume it is a road brake caliper. You just need to center the brake over the rim or center the wheel in the frame or fork.
Best start looking for a new keyboard.

Your post made no sense whatsoever, even discounting the fact that it contained grammatical and punctuation errors, leaving it unclear what a t-200 is, whether a type of brake or the model of an entire bike. Doing your job of searching for you by typing "t-200 bicycle" into a search engine brings up two Trek models on the first page, one a tandem, the other a comfort bike. Considering that these bikes are entirely different beasts altogether, they have entirely different equipment.
The lack of pertinent details in your first post is like asking, "My bike is broken, how do I fix it?" No one can help unless we have more information. Your second post would've been a good opportunity for that, instead you chose to have a hissy over someone asking you to use the common courtesy of punctuation.
To answer the only question with enough information provided (along with some deductive reasoning and perhaps assumption): The solution to,"What am I doing wrong?" is that you bought a bicycle online with no idea how to assemble it.
Please watch this short video clip for further clarification.
