Puch bottom bracket
Hi,
This may be too late to help you but my Puch Mistral Leader is built in Italy (guessing it was built by Bianchi). The bottom bracket on mine is Italian threaded. Let me know if you need more help.

Puch is an Austrian brand, so your guess.....
If you can tell which direction the DS cup is threaded, it can narrow things down.
