can someone please identify these bike stands?

Pros and/or cons of these various bike stands?

Or what bike stand would you recommend?

Cheap at Harbor Freight; good enough just to hold it up and maybe clean/lube the chain after a ride.........$10...

The stand shown in the 5th and 6th photos from the top were available at Nashbar for about $15. I don't see them on the Nashbar web site right now.

Bike Tools Etc has a stand that holds a bike by the crank arm. Here is the URL:

BTW, could you post smaller picture files? These took forever to load even with a high speed connection.

I don't know how to resize the photos, particularly because I simply linked to photos which others have posted on another bike forum (based on the photos I posted, can you guess what kind of bike I ride?).

Although I really like the stands depicted in the first 4 photos, the Harbor Freight stand is definitely something I will consider:

Finally, thanks for the Bike Nashbar tip, they are having a Saint Paddy's Day sale, and I already searched for "bike stand" and did not find any I liked.

I picked up the Harbor Freight one at our local store recently for less than ten bucks. Seems to work OK with my recumbent - that wasn't a sure thing. I have high hopes that it will work with our tandem. "Supports 150 Pounds!!" the packaging screams.

Avoid the crank stands once the padding peals off they will sratch your crank.
Besides they are tipsy when compared to other types.

I think you should send me those Cervelos, so I can test out each stand and tell you which is the best.
I'll try to get back to you as quickly as possible.. uh huh.
