brake pads

i have the juicy 7s that everybody criticize so much. the brakes work really good , my only complain is that they practicly scream wen im comming down a road (2 much noise) i have read that those awful noises sometimes are because of the pads so i need help
for these brakes wich pads are the best?? are regular pads the best or the so called organics?? where can i get good ones over the net??
and also is centerlock better than 6 bolt why??
i want to change my 160 front rotor for a 180 . should i stay whit regular avid rotors or is there something better??
i am new to the hydraulics but for now im really impress on the improvement on these brakes over my old V-brakes.
THANKS

As far as the pads go you could get EBC green pads, their organic (sintered pads offer more power) but you won't hear a thing from your brakes anymore.
