Help with brake pads
 
I ride a Panasonic with shimano exage brakes the pads need replacing so I was thinking of going with some kool stop eagle II. One do you think that will work? Two do smooth stud pad come with hardware to install them and is there a reason to stick with threaded pads if that is what I have now. Thanks so much

Aren't Exage brakes caliper (vs. cantilever) brakes? If so, I expect you're going to have to stick with threaded-post shoes. There are threaded- and smooth-post versions of the Eagle 2 shoes, but the Eagle models might be too big to work on your bike. Take a look at the options and find the one that looks most similar in shape and size as the shoes you've got on the brakes now:
