Tektro 521ag

Does anyone know if the Tektro 521ag dual-pivot long reach brake (the cartridge, rather than "standard" pad version) will accept Kool-stop Dura-Ace/Ultegra inserts?

I want to make a quick note in case anyone searches for this in the future that the Kool-Stop Dura-Ace/Ultegra insert pads will fit in Tektro 521ag brakes, but not exactly right: the small screw that holds the pad in place on the Tektros is on the other end of the Kool-Stop pads, so if one loads them into the holder the pads will be backwards.

It's not a big deal, but the Kool-Stop pads are thicker in front (to assist with toe in and to "clean the rim", according to the package) so one must adjust the toe on the Tektro pad holders fairly far inward (when the pads are in backwards) to accomodate for this additional thickness.

I tried switching the pad holders from one side to another to correctly orient the Kool-Stop pads, but that placement puts the open end of the pad holder in the direction of wheel travel, which might conceivably push the pads out during a stop.
