derailluer on this?

i have a fixed gear bike and the frame end looks like this


is there any adapters or anything i could do to mount a derailluer onto this?

You can use Shimano Hone or Saint derailleurs that bolt onto the axle.

it costs like 2 times as much...also, i cant use grip shifters on drop bars...

Yes you can, friction bar ends shifting, 9 speed dura ace bar ends have this feature, and you only need the right shifter.

Track frames are in high demand. You're best off selling the frame and getting something more suitable for your application
