Torque amounts
Anyone know what the recommended torque would be for the following parts?
Nitto B123 bars
Nitto S-83 seatpost
Nitto UI-5GX stem
Phil Wood High Flange hubs
Nitto B123 bars
Nitto S-83 seatpost
Nitto UI-5GX stem

I couldn't tell you what the exact manufacturer specs are, but there are a good bit of figures to look through at www.parktool.com to at least get a feel for it.

You could also try the manufacturers' web sites and look for any technical bulletins. Sometimes torque specs. are available in those.
