Good Customer Service!
I use Crank Brothers "Egg Beater" pedals on my mountain bikes. I recently discovered one of the dust caps had come off on one of my rides and I tried to find them sold seperately and couldn't. I went to their webpage and contacted them and they sent me some replacements! Good service is appreciated and I love their pedals.
