Problem front brake thump
Hi,
I just finished a cross bike build last week and a problem cropped up on the front wheel/brake. It has a CF front fork with cantilever mounts and Tektra mini-V brakes. After 12 or so miles the brake/wheel developed a hard thump at every revolution. I adjusted the spokes last night and the wheel spins very freely and true. There are no bulges in the tire and the brake pads are aligned with the wheel rim.
Is there anything I should check? Thanks.

You Know!? For Kids!
Check the join seam of the rim. May not be smooth. Might need some work with file or emory cloth to smooth up.

I did find one bolt was slightly loose and tightened that. I'll see if that makes a difference when I head out at lunch.
