Stems with Front Brake Cable Housing

What search terms should I use to find information about stems that include a hole/housing that hold front brake cables? The bike in question is an early 90's MTB with a 1" quill. Where to find stems with this feature etc. How to replace them.

I've been searching cable guide, cable cup and such. I've seen bikes with similar stems that support the front brake cable etc. Harris Cyclery has a cable cup and so on.

What is the term or term set to find more info about retro fitting or replacing these oddities?

Thanks for any info!

Stem with integrated cable stop? That's what I'd call it anyway.

That's what I'd call it too. I had one on my 90s era Kona MTB and when I needed to replace it I couldn't find one locally. No problem. I just bought a regular threaded stem of the right reach and angle and got something called a cable stop or cable hanger which goes on your headset. It is very common and looks and works fine:

(mine is chrome - they're available almost anywyere). Here's where I found the one pictured:

ps: I still have the one I took off and would be willing to sell it to you for cheap - pm me if you're interested. It's in perfect shape, black anodized. I'll have to measure length and angle, but can do that shortly.
