    BB question

can anyone answer this BB question for me? here's the thread.

Fit Question: Need a bike with a relatively short toptube

and the post I need answered (i'm trying to find a steel frame with a relatively short top tube and use the components from my felt f4 to build it up -- this guy gives a good recommendation but it has an italian threaded BB and my felt has an english threaded):

"Thanks man. This looks like a sweet ride and def seems to have the geometry I'm looking for. Would be nice to see more detailed geometry/site only lists the basics. I wonder if the 58cm or 59cm makes more sense for me --- maybe I'll call excel with my fit specifics and see what they think/see if they have more detailed specs as well.

I'd love to use the components from my felt to build this bike up (I have the 2007 model f4 with the fsa carbon crank). The biggest obstacle i see is that my BB is english threaded and this giro is italian treaded. Is it possible for me to find an italian threaded BB that will be compatible with my fsa carbon crank or another shimano compatible crank so i can keep all my components?

    thanks in advance.

Whatever model bb you have now is almost certainly available in Italian threading.
