Rattle that's driving me nuts

OK I have a rattle that seems to becoming from the seat area it's only there when I'm seated if I stand on the pedals it goes away.If I bonce up and down on the seat it seems to make the noise only louder, now I have tightened the seat post and regreased it also tightened the seat rails and every other thing I could?is it just seat flex?or could it be from some where else on the bike? Thanks for any help.

What model seat? Even flex shouldn't creak real noticeably. Could be a break where the rail connects into the seat. Did you grease the seat rails? Surprisingly, that is often a culprit.
