Just wondered if anyone knew how to set gears up. My bike has got a POWER INDEX 7 SPEED derailer onit and was wondering if anyone could send me details of how to set the gears up.

This should help:
Park Tool Rear derailleur adjustment: http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=64
Park Tool Front derailleur adjustment: http://www.parktool.com/repair/readhowto.asp?id=75

Also, this:
Sheldon Brown derailer adjustment: http://sheldonbrown.com/derailer-adjustment.html

Both of those sites will tell you how to setup/adjust most everything on your bike.
