how much torque for headset?
I'm wanting to flip my stem upside down to lower the handlebar height for some clip on aerobars. What should I torque the preload screw to and what should I torque the stem screws to so as to not damage the steerer?

I'm not an expert but I torque the preload screw just past the point where there's no play.
