"sticky" brakes

Hi, my back brake seems to stick when I press and release it. I press it and it brakes fine, but if I let go, it doesn't release all the way, and sticks about halfway, and I have to pull it back into it's original position. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks

sound likes your brake 's cable is binding and it and the housing need to be replace . if you don't do this soon it will not work at all .
