82 Motobecane Grand Touring- crank change

I've had my 82 Motobecane Grand Touring since I bought it in 82. Comfortable, well made bike. It's a 15 speed(3 in front). I would like to get a lower gearing in front. French bikes were "quirky" in some components. Anyone know how I might go about this? I think the present crank is a Takagi Tourney SP. The largest gear in back cassette has 32 teeth.
Thanks,
Craig

If it's already a triple, no need to replace the bottom bracket. You just need to find a smaller granny ring. Which may not exist. To truly answer, we'll need the number of teeth on the small ring.
