Headset parts order question
So, my question is basically what is the last headset part to go on? That is, before spacers, stem and top cap?
I thought the centering sleeve went above the top race, but it seems to act like a spacer...thought it was supposed to push down and in. My top race fits tight to the steer tube, no room for a centering sleeve to go down and in. What the heck?
Any advice?
Thanks

race/cup spacers stem (or the other way around )depending on how high you want your stem., then top cap.

Yeah, but what about the center sleeve?
I have an integrated headset, so cup is part of frame. Then bearings go in, then the top race then centering sleeve? Or is it bearings, centering sleeve top race?
Like I said, I always thought it was bearings, top (adjusting) race then centering sleeve, but adjusting races have a small space for the centering sleeve to push down and into...this headset does not! What do I do?
