Routing shifter cables on SS frames
Hi, I have a complete newbie question here. I'm considering picking up a used single speed bike and throwing an internally geared hub on it so that i have the best of both worlds. I realized today that the (Al alloy) bike frame in question doesn't have any ... braze-ons? for routing a cable from a shifter to the rear hub.
So, the question:
Is that a surmountable problem, and what would be involved?
Thanks in advance for your help

There are various clamps that will help you accomplish this.
Any decent shop should have what you need.
