CO2 Bike Pump

Hey I am unfamiliar with these types of pumps and I am not satisfied with my current pump. The one I am looking at is this one ( http://www.mec.ca/Products/product_d...=1215665765351 ). I ride a marinoni road bike with 700 x 23c tires inflated at 110 psi. Would this work for me as a solution for when I get a flat tire?

Yes, it will work. I personally prefer inflators that will take a 12g unthreaded cartridges, because they are so inexpensive.
