Here's a tool kit on sale til 7/14/08 at Lowe's. It is not a bike tool kit per se, but I noticed that there are some tools present that could be suitable backups to your current bike tool kits, such as screwdrivers, allen keys, crescent wrenches, etc.
What do you think?

Those hex wrenches don't look too high quality to me. The rest of the tools are good for generic use. Nothing bike specific as #2 pointed out. At the same time, not very useful as a "bike" tool kit either.
