Removing SPD Pedals

Need to remove my pedals to box up the road bike. SPD pedals use the allen wrench method vice the otherwise std 15mm pedal wrench. Anyone know if the left and right sides are threaded like Looks, etc. - i.e., left-hand threads on the left side, right-hand threads on the right? I've done it before but right now cannot remember.
Thanks!

They're all the same, otherwise the threading on your cranks would have to match your pedals.

Duh. Thanks. Wish I'd thought of it that way...
