wheels and lubing

I posted some pictures below with the back wheel from my bike. As you can see, the rubber got very close to the frame and the hub seems to have shifted to the right, to the point where the gears almost touch the frame. What should I do?

On the lubing side:
I own this bike for 2 years now, but never lubed anything except for the chain. Where can I find some tutorials on lubing? (and what should be lubed?)
I am reluctant to open the hubs, gears and the front fork because my dad () almost broke my previous bike when he tried to fix some problems. He was used with the ancient russian tank-bikes he rode when he was young.

Is the car engine lubricant proper for lubing my bike or do I have to buy a special, bicycle lube?

Help a newb out!

You need to loosen the rear bolts and center your wheel. Here is a tutorial from park tool, goodluck...

Loosen the left wheel bolt and push the nut with axle forward until your wheel sits straight. Then tighten.

Bike take 2 different kinds of special grease for the bearings and chain. You have your local bike shop do it.
