So I was practicing clipping in and unclipping. I just bought clipless pedals. So on my first go round I fell over. Once I got back up I noticed the saddle had detached from the metal saddle frame. How do I fix this?

I just came from the LBS today and so don't want to go back. But, I will if necessary. However, I want to know if it is even possible to fix this or will I have to buy another saddle?

I had a saddle do the same thing. I had to bend the rails to get them back in the plastic pan, then straighten them again. Tape them up well with masking tape to avoid scratching them, then clamp them in a vise and bend them the minimum necessary to fit them back in. If someone has a better way, please share, as this way seems awfully crude.

If brand name saddle, it should be warrantied.
