Frame alignment question

It looks like someone jumped on my left pedal while my bike was locked up outside. The crank was cracked where the pedal screws in. I ended up replacing the bottom bracket and cranks but I can still feel a wobble when I pedal indicating the frame has been bent. I have a ~77 Schwinn Super LeTour 12.2. Its 4130 steel. Is it possible for a frame builder to realign the bottom bracket? Any advice? I am not a happy camper. Thanks.
