noise in one gear combo

I'm getting a noise when I'm in the large ring and the middle of the cassette. If I shift to either side of the offending cog, the noise goes away. I recently turned the barrel adjuster 1/4 turn counterclockwise to correct slow and sloppy shifting to easier gears. It is annoying because the noise is in my favorite gear combo. Any advice? Thank you!

If it's your favorite, maybe that cog is simply worn out?

It is a Dura ace cassette that is about a year old. I don't ride tons of miles. I take very good care of my drive train. Proper lube, change chain at 75% wear, etc. I would think a high quality cassette would last a bit longer.
