Attaching Caliper Brakes to Frame?
Can someone tell me what the threaded pieces (that the bolt on the brake would screw into) are called? Also, is it a standard part I could get at any LBS? I'm missing a set for my brakes, and was wondering that's the easiest way to go about getting a replacement?
Do they differ based on the frame size?

It's called a nut. The come in varying lengths. Any LBS should have a good selection of them.

Technically it's a nut as mentioned. However to better describe it when you go to the LBS I'd call it "...one of those sleeve nuts that goes onto the mounting stud for a caliper brake" and then tell them how long you need it since they come in a couple of different lengths. Then they'll know that you need the one that fits into the fork or brake bridge rather than an external regular nut.
