Intertube value extension
Just purchased a Giant Control Tower 2 standing pump and can't use it on the back tire due to minimum clearance needed for the large mouth & handle space needed to use this pump. I can get the mouth of the pump over the intertube value but theres no room to open the handle to lock on to it.
Is there any kind of angled adapter I can purchase so I can get a grip on this tire to inflate it with this pump?

I'm not following you about not enough room. Are you trying to lock on the pump head with the them in the bottom (6 o'clock) position and you bump up against the chain/der with the pump head? If so, you can inflate the tire with the stem at the top (12 o'clock) position. Also with presto values, you don't need to lock the pump head on - just push it over the value stem.

The pump locks when u lift up/open the handle on its head and there is no room to do this. How is this possible? Because this is a motor scooter(tires inflate to 30psi), and the back wheels inner spoke ring is large in diameter, limiting only a small amout of space from that ring to the long valve sticking out of my tire!
I have standard schrader valves but u must lock the handle for it to inflate the tire with a hand pump, if your using a compressor you dont with schrader values.

Motor Scooter? Maybe you should consider a different forum.
You should be able to replace the pump chuck head with a fitting that screws onto the schrader valve. If you are using a bicycle pump you will probably have to use a lot of strokes to pump up your tires. Bicycle pumps are for high pressure - low volume. There are hand pumps designed for high volume - low pressure that would work better.

Didnt know a 30psi tire was that much different than a bicycle tire.
Need a pump that has a gauge on it instead of on/off checking the pressure.
