Best econmical chain tool

I've searched the threads and no one seems to have asked this one, what is the best economical chain tool? I would like more than "park tools" as answer, I am looking for specifics.

Park Tools CT-3. It's economical because it will last for decades and the slightly higher initial cost will be more than made up by not having to replace it.

walmart has one that is cheap if you have a store close and it works great
I think it was $4 or $5

my crank
bros chain splitter is actuallly pretty darn tuff--- and it was affordable--- but you should invest in Park tools -- theres a lot o chains( expensive chains) that require exact fit and pin placement!

I actually use the chain break tool on my CrankBrothers Mulit-17. The best part is I get all these other tools with it.

The CT-5 ain't too bad either for home or part-timer shop use.
