I just bought a Motobecane All Carbon Immortal Pro Frame (56cm) off ebay and I don't have any of the sizing specifications. I am a first-time builder and I need to know the sizings to buy the other parts. Any suggestions? Generally speaking, are there standard sizes for any parts? Any recommendations?

I assume this is this a road frame. This is probably a generic Asian-sourced carbon frame and takes an English threaded bottom bracket and has 130 mm rear dropout spacing. I don't know if the headset is integrated or press-in and what, if any, fork you got with it.

If you are a novice at this, I recommend a visit to a good LBS for advice. Guessing can be very expensive.

Not to throw a wet towel on your fun, but I'd rather buy from Wal-Mart than buy a used carbon bike. Without an ultrasound inspection you have no idea what the condition of the frame is since CF doesn't always show damage externally.

Wait, is this it? Unless you have a pile of parts, you're going to spend a lot more than the $600 difference between the frame-set and the built-up bike.

Actually, DMF's link shows a lot of the specs you were asking about. As he noted, building it up with individually sourced parts is going to much more than double your investment, particularly since you don't seem to have the expertise (and tools) to do it yourself.

Yep. If I were you, I'd put it right back up on EBay and buy the built version. It's never cheaper to build than buy (sadly). However, if you are considering this as an investment in your education, go right ahead.
