BB for Shimano FC-6603

Does it make any difference which Shimano external BB I use to install a triple crank FC-6603?

The price differential between the 105 and Dura-Ace BB is somewhat immaterial.

Functionally they are interchangable. The Dura Ace is slightly lighter and probably a bit smoother. If the cost is not a factor go for the Dura Ace.
