SRAM Force Rival Rear Derailleurs

I have some gunk or something in one of bearings and when i try to spin it, it doesn't spin very well. I was wondering what i should do to clean it out. I've read that you can take them apart but i was wondering what mm hex wrench i need to use. I have a force derailleur btw.

For details see: http://www.sram.com/_media/pdf/sram/...MTB_MY07_E.pdf

As far as wrench size goes, if you don't have any, buy a set of metric.
