What size seat post for a c. 1975 Raleigh Grand Prix?

I'm rebuilding a vintage Raleigh "Grand Prix" from around 1975. The top is a little flared and I can't accurately measure the seatpost inside diameter. Does anybody have any idea what diameter seatpost is required? A Raleigh "Supercourse" from 1971 that I have measures 26.4 mm.

Possibly a 25.4. Sheldon Brown built a seat post data base with a lot of bikes posted, including an entry for 70's Raleigh Grand Prix.
