What is this for?

I bought a Park Stand a while back (PCS-9) and it came with this thick, black bar with two holes in the ends. I found nothing in the instructions or assembly that would explain its purpose. Any ideas? (Sorry for the crappy picture).

Possibly a bracket to render the folding legs not folding?
On the Park Site, theres a PDF showing parts and accessories for this stand.
(my work laptop doesn't like PDFs....)

No mention of it on the pdf on the website, but I think you might be on to something. I'll see if I can make it fit somewhere.

Hey, off topic, but try Foxit PDF reader from Download.com. Legit, fast, less than half the size of Adobe, and allows you to convert other formats to PDF.

OP: sorry, no clue.
