please help me identify this rim and hub

So I was on craigslist and came across this rim and hub. I can't make out anything other than one sticker that was left on it. There aren't any markings inside of the rim or on the hub, but the sticker says Alloy Double Wall and then the sizing ERTRTO 622 x 19. I have attached some pictures, but that's about all I have got. The guy I talked to has no clue and got it from his neighbor randomly. Would really appreciate some guesses.

Would be nice to have pictures that were in focus. Can't read the label.

I know. I am not much of a photographer. The sticker actually only says Alloy Double Wall and then to the right of it which is impossible to make out it says ETRTO 622x19.

I would ID that as "used road wheel. Fits 700c tires."

+1

I would add - "Some rust on the axle, but bearings can be repacked if you are fussy"

This wheel is nothing fancy at all - may have come off a ~$400 hybrid bike. The nutted axle is funny... maybe was added later to be a theft deterrent on a city bike???

There are hundreds of Taiwanese and Chinese factories that make that stuff by the hundred thousand every day.

Freewheel hub, not a freehub. Cheap. Obsolete.

Actually, it appears to be a front wheel. But it certainly looks both cheap and poorly cared for, judging by the rust on the axle.

As others have said- very cheap 700C wheel. Not worth more than $10.

"Got it from his neighbor randomly"??? What an odd way to put it.

Yeah, you are right. I took a quick look at the photo and thought the black ring on the right side was threads for a freewheel and the long axle stub further fooled me. Agree on the "poorly cared for" also. Looks like it was stored outside for years.

Yea, it's definitely a left over wheel. It was given to someone by a neighbor who in turn gave it to me for ten bucks. Definitely not fancy wheel, but I figured I'd at least try to make out what it was.
