changed rear tire, now both derailleurs off
I feel pretty stupid. I forgot to shift my chain to smallest sprocket in back and so after I changed tire and put wheel back on, the derailleurs are both off. The front one is rubbing badly. Took off the wheel shifted down to smallest back sprocket and put wheel back on with chain on smallest sprocket but everything is still messed up. IT also seems that my rear brakes are dragging and that i can't seem to get the wheel centered in the chainstays. Did I do something really wrong here?

That's the problem. If they're vertical dropouts, make sure the axle is fully up into the dropout on both sides. if they're horizontal dropouts, carefully align the wheel between the stays and then secure it-
