Ritchey V4 pedals - bearing type?

Anyone out there know if the Ritchey V4 ProMTB pedals are ball bearings or sealed cartridge bearings?

I had a pair of the V4 Comps blow out on me during cyclocross season this year and wanted to replace with the Pro model. The seals on the Comps and the ball bearing sucked. Had to rebuild my pedals after almost every two or three messy cross races.

If they are ball bearings I'll probably look for a replacement SPD.

Thanks
