What would be the correct spindle length for a campagnolo nuovo record triple crank for use on a mid 70's crank.

I'm using a 121mm Edco that allows for a few mm's of chainline adjustment. When I inquired about a Phil Wood, a 119mm spindle was suggested, but they also allow for chainline adjustment.
