Repair of coating/Pinarello

Hi!
I have received some damage in the coating (from stones and the like) in the red coating on my Pinarello 4:13. Does anyone know what kind of paint I should use for repairing these stone shoots?
Can you use color for cars on a carbon frame?

/ Michael

I'm not sure that I would do it on a Pinarello, but nail polish often works. There is a large variety of colors with different types of metallics if needed.

contact the shop you got the bike from. They should have touch up paint.
