650 tube in a 700 wheel
Picked up a 650 tube for my 700 wheel by accident D:
I could probably just take it back and trade it in, but that involves driving back across town. What exactly are the dangers of riding with a 650 inside a 700, if any?
Thanks!

I don't think it will work at all. There is a big difference in the two sizes. But.... I never have tried it.
I would take it back.

A 650 tube, eh? Once I ordered a can of Finish Line Teflon lubricant from Nashbar. They sent me a Vittoria 20" X 1 1/4" - 1 1/8" tube. It was marked Finish Line lubricant. I sometimes carry it with me, hoping to run into a recumbent. I doubt it would fit my 700C rims.

You can stretch a 650c to a 700c because I've done it. However, it will be a royal pain, will probably gt pinched between the bead and the rim, and will generally suck. Not worth it in my opinion.

The question is why would you want to do that? it's like stretching a size small undies on a XL ass....
I think you should sell ur existing one on ebay or swap with the fellow rider on the forum...
